What do you work on?
Day to day I work on music and its different facets. You can find me writing, recording, performing, rehearsing, teaching, learning and developing new skills, administrative and organisational things... The work is nuanced and gradual like handicraft, it's very engaging and takes up most of my waking hours. It is wonderful and challenging work.
Besides that, I work on the normal human things: on my relationships, on my knowledge, on keeping myself healthy, on being kinder and more patient.
What would you change?
I strongly dislike greed and the shallow competitiveness that stems from it. In a perfect world, I'd change some of these very flawed and ignorant values, which are unfortunately the "norm" today, and reset them to actually favour human life, equality, compassion.
What do you love?
Unexpected moments of connection that feel like magic: suddenly feeling very connected to a place, song, colour, word, another human.. It usually happens out of the blue, but always brings on some thrilling new discovery and a good kind of change in me.
What makes you feel cool?
I'm not entirely sure how to define the feeling of cool. Maybe it's whenever I feel free to just be myself, with no big worries weighing on me. That's when I probably feel cool like a spring breeze, without even realizing it.
